About Small Cap Street

Small Cap Street is dedicated to providing investors with important news happening in listed stocks with market caps under $1 billion. small caps receive far less attention than their larger counterparts from both investors and analyst research.

While it is not our intention to provide any analysis or make recommendations, we view our role in markets as a news source to bring your attention to companies doing interesting things or making big moves.

Our focus is the non-resources sectors, due to the sheer amount of them that clog up announcement boards, but also as these companies in small caps tend to be more speculative. More importantly, the resources sector is also already better served than non-resources by other websites, so it is our intention to shine a light on those that are not currently receiving much attention.

Each day we will post a summary of the most interesting announcements and in time we hope to grow this to more markets and more news.
